Henstent Holiday Home Park is located just 4.5 miles from Bala and Snowdonia National Park, and is placed to tour an area of outstanding natural beauty.
Bala itself sits on the edge of Llyn Tegid, the largest natural lake in Wales, in unspoiled scenery encircled by the Berwyn, Aran and Arenig mountain ranges. Steeped in history, the town offers restaurants, inns and a small railway.
Bala Lake is an International Centre for Watersports where sailing, canoeing, windsurfing and white water rafting are popular.

Excellent fishing is also on offer along with a host of other activities including the cinema, tenpin bowling, gymnasium, cycling and swimming pool which is all conveniently located in Bala itself. There are also several golf courses within easy reach- including Bala Golf Course as well as Llangollen’s superb valley course and Aberdovey’s spectacular golf links along the coast.
Visit one of the National Trust properties including Erddig at Wrexham, Chirk Castle, Powis Castle, Plas Newydd or Bodnant Gardens.
Nearby Betws y Coed and it’s huge waterfall, Llangollen with horsedrawn boats on the canal, Aberdovey, Barmouth, Harlech, and Porthmadog all have splendid beaches, and there’s so many more things to see and do in the area.
