Busiest time of the year 

Sure North Wales is a fantastic holiday destination all year round, but the summer months are the busiest and most popular months, as hundreds of tourists flock to each town every year without fail, and it is easy to see why. The nice weather typically seen around this time of year, coupled with dozens of beautiful locations with plenty to do, makes North Wales a hot spot for tourists.

There are also plenty of activities and attractions to visit, such as Conwy Quay and marina, where you can enjoy a picturesque walk with an ice cream, some fish and chips, or you can visit the smallest house in Britain!

Zip World locations 

Another huge reason why North Wales is so highly sought after as a holiday destination in recent years, is down to the Zip World locations scattered across North Wales. These locations, such as Zip World Fforest in Betws-Y-Coed, offer plenty of activities and adventures for thrill seekers and for the whole family. You can also visit Zip World Penrhyn Quarry in Bethesda, Zip World Llechwedd in Blaenau Ffestiniog, and Zip World Tower in Aberdare.  

Llandudno

Llandudno is another very popular seaside town in North Wales. This is down to the abundance of activities in the town to choose from. Some popular attractions and activities include The Great Orme, The Great Orme Copper Mines, Llandudno Museum, West and North Shore beaches, Angel bay and so much more. You really are spoiled for choice when you visit Llandudno in the summer.

Bala

At the Prestatyn Classic Car Show, you can witness everything from classic cars from the 1900s, all the way through to some of the best supercars available today. This could be a once in the lifetime opportunity to see some of these cars up close and personal in real life. 

Beaumaris Gaol Ghost Hunt, Anglesey

Are you someone who has always been fascinated by the supernatural and paranormal? If you are brave enough, why not embark on the Beaumaris Gaol Ghost Hunt, and maybe get the chance to witness some paranormal activity for yourself. Or simply laugh at loved ones as they jump in fear at the slightest of sounds. The Beaumaris Gaol is notorious for being very haunted, so this activity may not be for the faint hearted. 

Colwyn Bay Artisan Market 

The Colwyn Bay Artisan Market is where you can discover a host of artisan arts and crafts made by local artists. The market is open on the third Saturday of every month from April to November, so there are plenty of opportunities for you to visit the event.
